We deliver to Fort Myers, Fort Myers Airport (RSW), Cape Coral, Fort Myers Beach, Sanibel, Captiva, Estero, Bonita Springs, and parts of Naples. If you are traveling to Upper Captiva, Useppa Island, or Cabbage Key we will gladly meet you at the ferry with your ordered gear.

No! We can have everything delivered prior to your arrival. We will find a secure location to set your order and will confirm with you once everything is dropped off. Upon your departure just pack everything back up and set it outside - we will swing by to pick everything back up. If you are staying at one of our amazing local hotels your order will be with the bellman or front desk upon your arrival.

We deliver to all private residences, vacation rentals, hotels, and local airports. Do you need everything dropped off at your place of work? We can do that also!

No! All items in our inventory come preassembled. No screwdrivers needed.

Yes, we do! You can pick up and drop off your ordered items Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm (and by appointment) at our office located within the Kelly Carlos Office Center at 11595 Kelly Rd Unit #120 in Fort Myers.  

We are waiving all cancellation fees for families who need to adjust their travel plans up to 72 hours before delivery. Please note that refunds are not available for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery. However, rescheduling to a different date is always an option at no extra cost.

We generally deliver between 8am and 4pm as well as 6am - 8am and 4pm -11pm by appointment only. When placing your order pick your preferred drop off and pick up time and we build a 2 hour window around it (for example 10am = 9-11am)

Yes! We deliver to Fort Myers Southwest International Airport (RSW) and Punta Gorda Airport (PGD)

Important: When placing your order for airport delivery, please remember to include your itinerary in the comment box. On your day of travel, we will monitor for possible delays or early arrivals based on your flight number. We will be on standby for you at the cell lot and will contact you once you have landed. Please keep your cell phone nearby so we can reach you. We will meet you outside of baggage claim.
