You can pick up and drop off your ordered items Monday through Friday between 8am and 5pm (and by appointment) at our office located within the Kelly Carlos Office Center at 11595 Kelly Rd Unit #120 in Fort Myers. Â
We are waiving all cancellation fees for families who need to adjust their travel plans up to 72 hours before delivery. Please note that refunds are not available for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery. However, rescheduling to a different date is always an option at no extra cost.
No! We can have everything delivered prior to your arrival. We will find a secure location to set your order and will confirm with you once everything is dropped off. Upon your departure, just pack everything back up and set it outside—we will swing by to pick everything back up. If you are staying at one of our amazing local hotels, your order will be with the bellman or front desk upon your arrival.
