We can have everything delivered prior to your arrival. We will find a secure location to set your order and will confirm with you once everything is dropped off. Upon your departure just pack everything back up and set it outside - we will swing by to pick everything back up.
If you are staying at one of our amazing local hotels your order will be with the bellman or front desk upon your arrival.
We are waiving all cancellation fees for families who need to adjust their travel plans up to 72 hours before delivery. Please note that refunds are not available for cancellations made within 72 hours of the scheduled delivery. However, rescheduling to a different date is always an option at no extra cost.
Important: When placing your order for airport delivery, please remember to include your itinerary in the comment box. On your day of travel, we will monitor for possible delays or early arrivals based on your flight number. We will be on standby for you at the cell lot and will contact you once you have landed. Please keep your cell phone nearby so we can reach you. We will meet you outside of baggage claim.
